AGREEMENT

    Article 1.
    By signing this Agreement, the Clients are hiring Reflexion d.o.o. from Varaždin, Draškovićeva 3, to provide the services of photographing and/or video recording.

    Article 2.
    The copyright in regard of all photographs and video materials is the property of REFLEXION-a. For the purposes of participating in professional competitions and for advertising purposes, the Clients hereby give permission to REFLEXION to use those photographs from the wedding of the Clients signing this Agreement for which the Clients have previously consented to such use.

    Article 3.
    The Client agrees that REFLEXION is allowed to use the photographs for exhibitions, fairs, posts, printed materials, marketing and on web pages.

    Article 4
    The Client agrees that REFLEXION is allowed to use the video recordings captured by REFLEXION for the purpose of creating promotional video spots, marketing and internet posts for advertising purposes.

    Article 5.
    Upon receiving an retainer, REFLEXION shall confirm the reservation for the photographing and video recording of the wedding solely on the agreed date, and if the wedding is to be held later than six months after the agreed date, REFLEXION reserves the right to modify the price according to its current price list. Article 6.
    The time, place and duration of photographing shall be mutually agreed by the Clients and REFLEXION's photographer. Article 7.
    Additional processing of materials after delivery is not included in the agreed price and it shall be charged according to the price list. Article 8.
    Food and beverages must be provided for the hired photographers and camera operators, under the same terms as for all other guests. Article 9.
    Photographing shall continue until the completion of all official events (cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss), that is, no later than 1 a.m. Every additional hour shall be charged according to the current price list.Maximum number of consecutive working hours by the REFLEXION per event is 16 (sixteen). Article 10.

    If the Clients, for any reason that concerns only the Clients not arising from a breach of obligations on the part of REFLEXION , waive from or cancel the hiring of REFLEXION and this Agreement, REFLEXION shall retain the received retainer. Article 12.
    REFLEXION undertakes to provide the following services for the Client: wedding photography coverage _____ hours Wedding video coverage____hours Culling, editing and delivery of minimum ________ photos Culling, editing and delivery of a video minimum ______minutes long For the images/video of this Agreement the Client agrees to pay REFLEXION’s fee in the amount of______ and on the bank account of REFLEXION. Client will reserve the time and date of services by signing this contract along with a non-refundable retainer in the amount of ________. Article 13.
    REFLEXION undertakes to carry out the work in the best possible manner according to the rules of the profession (with the care of a good expert). REFLEXION'sfinancial liability in the event of any malfunction or theft of the equipment and digital files shall be limited to reimbursement of any payments (retainer) made by the Clients. Article 14.
    In the event of circumstances arising that cause difficulties to the photographer and camera operator in the photographing and video recording process, the photographer and camera operator shall notify the Clients thereof and proceed with the work with a reasonable warning. If difficulties continue, the photographer and camera operator are allowed to decide on whether to cease operating. Article 15.
    REFLEXION reserves all creative rights, rights concerning the creation of albums and processing of photographs and video recordings and such rights are based on the best possible representation of the wedding. Article 16.
    REFLEXION undertakes to deliver* the materials to the Clients no later than 90 working days from the date of the wedding ceremony. *Delivery subject to the Clients' expedience in the communication regarding the design and processing of the albums. Article 17.
    REFLEXION shall not be held liable for any materials not picked up 6 months after the agreed delivery date. The Parties have been read and construed this Agreement, and, as a sign of acceptance of the rights and duties arising therefrom, the Parties thereto execute the Agreement.
