BOOK YOUR DATE IN 3 STEPS

CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE
Once you choose Reflexion Studios, your date is secured by paying a deposit, allowing us to dedicate our time to your wedding.
2.
PAY YOUR DEPOSIT
A deposit of €300 is an advance payment and is deducted from the total service price.
3.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once payment is received, your wedding date is officially confirmed and we will send you a confirmation by email.
Please note:
To give every wedding our full attention and creative focus, Reflexion Studio accepts a limited number of bookings each year.
Your date is officially reserved only once payment has been received.
*As we reserve your date and dedicate our availability to you, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
AFTER YOUR WEDDING
1.
PHOTO EDITING & ALBUM DESIGN
After your wedding, our team carefully edits your photographs and creates a personalised album design proposal.
2.
REVIEW & APPROVAL
Around 15 days after your wedding, we send you the edited photographs and a personalised album design proposal for review.
3.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Once you confirm your final photo selection, we begin producing your wedding album.
The entire process, from your wedding day to delivery of the finished materials, is completed within 90 working days.
USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS
As professional photographers, we occasionally share selected photographs on our official website, blog and social media. This showcases our style, aesthetic and approach, giving future couples an insight into the experience we create.
We publish only carefully selected photographs that reflect the atmosphere of the day, with respect for the privacy of everyone involved.
If you prefer complete discretion and do not wish your wedding photographs to be used for promotional purposes, this can be arranged in advance. In that case, the total service price increases by 30%.
